Delivery Policy
At Poise London, we aim to provide a reliable and convenient delivery service for all our
customers. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your orders are delivered

1. UK Delivery
We currently offer delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Standard Delivery
● £2.99 delivery charge on orders under £32.
● FREE Standard Delivery on orders of £32 or more.
● Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days.
Your order may be delivered using a suitable delivery service selected based on your order,
delivery address, product, and availability.
Express Delivery
● £6.99 per order.
● Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days.
Express delivery is available on selected products and delivery addresses. The available
delivery options will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may occasionally be affected by
circumstances outside our control.
2. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order dispatch confirmation.
Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be provided so you can follow the
progress of your delivery.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will normally be processed on the next
working day.
During busy periods, promotional events, or seasonal periods, order processing and delivery
may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Some remote locations, offshore islands, or restricted postcodes may be subject to delivery
restrictions or additional charges. If any additional delivery charges apply, we will contact
you before dispatch where applicable.
4. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been
dispatched.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are entered correctly when
placing your order.
Poise London cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by
incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
5. Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at

We will work with the relevant delivery service to investigate the issue and provide an
appropriate resolution.
Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by
circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, courier delays, strikes,
operational disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at
info@poiselondon.com.
Where possible, please provide photographs of the damaged packaging and the product.
This will help us investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
7. Split Deliveries
If your order contains multiple products that are dispatched separately, you may receive
your order in more than one parcel.
Where applicable, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.
You will not normally be charged additional standard delivery fees for split shipments
resulting from our fulfilment process.
8. Wholesale Orders
We offer delivery for wholesale orders at a charge of £9.99 per order.
Wholesale delivery times may vary depending on the size and quantity of the order and the
destination.
For larger or exceptionally heavy wholesale orders, additional delivery charges may apply. If
additional charges are required, we will contact you before dispatch.
